1. Shipping Coverage

Ecommerce Logistics Solutions LLC currently ships exclusively within the United States.

Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the U.S. may be automatically canceled.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak periods, processing times may be extended.

We reserve the right to delay processing for:

  • Payment issues

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

At checkout, customers may be offered available shipping options based on:

  • Returned shipments

The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

9. Risk of Loss & Delivery Confirmation

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon successful delivery confirmation by the carrier.

Once marked as delivered, Ecommerce Logistics Solutions LLC is not liable for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages

We strongly recommend:

  • Using secure delivery locations
  • Requesting signature confirmation where available

10. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or deemed undeliverable:

  • The customer is responsible for return and reshipping costs.
  • Refunds, if applicable, may be reduced to cover incurred fees.

11. Compliance & Shipping Restrictions

Orders may be canceled if:

  • They fail compliance checks.
  • There are legal or regulatory concerns.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment at our discretion.
