If you have any questions about our products or want to share something with us we are at your disposal. We will help you as much as possible and we will contact you to clarify all those doubts you may have. Ripper Seeds always at your side.
If you do not have a point of sale near you, you can place your orders directly on our website, both seeds and merchandise. Select the items you want, fill in the data and when we receive the order*, you will receive an email confirmation of purchase, followed by the tracking number.

Ripper Seeds wants its products to arrive worldwide*, but you should check the laws of your country before ordering to avoid illegalities.
*Except Argentina and Brazil due to customs problems.
Ripper Seeds accepts the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
- Cash on delivery (only available in Spain through Nancex company)
Once the order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email*, followed by confirmation when the order leaves our warehouse.
The delivery of your order is guaranteed through a tracking number that you will receive by e-mail and that will allow you to track your order directly through the carrier's website.

If you choose the private courier for domestic shipments will take 24 to 48 hours. Within Europe shipments will take 2 to 4 business days and for international shipments it will take 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the country.
It is necessary that you provide us with a contact telephone number for the transport agency, so it will be easier for them to make the delivery. In case you are not present at the time of delivery, the transport agency will leave a note of notice* so that you can contact them.

Express courier shipments will arrive worldwide within 3-7 days, although this option is not available in all countries. See shipping options.
Domestic courier shipments may take between 7-10 days and international shipments between 2 weeks and a month depending on the destination.

so that we can activate the claim to the transport agency. The transport agency has 20 days to respond to our request. If after that time the claim has not been attended or your package has not yet arrived, you may request a refund or reshipment of the product.
If the shipment is returned to our warehouse for any reason without being delivered, we offer our customers two options:
- Reshipment of the order. The new shipping costs must be paid again by the customer, provided that Ripper Seeds has not been responsible for the impossibility of delivery.
- Refund of the money. If the customer no longer wishes to receive the order, you can request a refund of the purchase amount except for the shipping costs, as this has been done and therefore must be paid.

Orders can be returned to our warehouse mainly for two reasons:
-Incorrect shipping address: if the address has been entered wrongly by the customer, an e-mail will be sent to the customer to provide us with the correct address. In the case that the error was ours, the shipment will be made again free of charge. In the event that the customer has entered his address incorrectly, he will have to pay for the second shipment.
-Expired delivery time or unclaimed product: It is important that the customer keeps track of the tracking of the order to know where it is. If after a few days you have not received any notice, or if for some reason a notice has not been left, the best thing to do is to consult the courier office.
If this happens, we have two options: it is sent again, with separate shipping or the payment is returned.
If you wish to return items purchased on our website, you may do so within 14 days of receipt of the order. To make a return you need to have the item in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
If you have purchased different products with different delivery times in the same order, the return period will expire 14 days after receipt of the last product in the order.

The item will be replaced or your money will be refunded. For any return you must keep the original packaging in perfect condition and your order number. We will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the defective product to our offices.
No, the shipping cost is not included and will be indicated to you when you finalize your order. The amount will vary according to location and weight.
Given the policies in the different countries we have been forced that in the international shipments it comes out as name of origin, a particular one, so, if you ever receive a package with our address and in the name of a particular one, it is us.

In the case of shipments within Europe the name that will appear is Black Friday SL.
