Ripper Seeds at Spannabis Barcelona 2018 and awarded at the Master of Rosin 2018
This weekend the 15th edition of Spannabis , the largest Hemp Fair and alternative technologies Europe , took place during the days March 9, 10 and 11 at the Fira de Cornellà, Barcelona. And of course, Ripper Seeds could not miss the appointment as every year to bring our wide range of most exclusive marijuana seeds . In addition, coinciding with the event, other competitions and conferences around the world of cannabis have also been held and we are very proud to announce that we have received two awards , a first and a second prize for our specialties of < b> marijuana seeds in the category of Rosin extractions .
We can say that Spannabis is the most anticipated event of the year for marijuana lovers. It is not just any fair, but in it we find all kinds of exhibitors and activities so as not to get bored for a second. To begin with, at the level of exhibitors and stands we can find everything you need, from seed banks to nutrients, accessories, medical marijuana, products derived from the cannabis plant for curative and therapeutic purposes, products designed for self-cultivation and much more. All this, so that this week cannabis connoisseurs have no shortage of choice. In recent years, the Spannabis Hemp Fair has not stopped growing in popularity and the fair already has more than 30,000 visitors, more than 3,000 professionals and is echoed in more than 300 media. It is said that this year has exceeded expectations and only on the first day of the three days of the fair, more than 15,000 visitors had already attended the event. Half of the exhibiting companies come from outside Spain and more and more foreign visitors come. All this supports the international character that Spannabis is acquiring, which celebrates two editions a year, now in March we have attended the fair in the city of Barcelona and in October it is held in the capital, Madrid.
As is usual in events of this magnitude, music and concerts could not be absent either and this year we have been able to enjoy artists closely linked to the hemp culture such as Ravid Goldschmidt, Toxic in Dub, El Loren, Olive Tree Dance, Mina's Collective, Daddy Panda, Warriors of Dub, Tetra Hydro K, Dub Engine, DJ Stonermanbrujo, Mapuxe Sound, Bainoo di Lion, Karlixx, and DJ Rambla.
During the same days as the fair, the World Cannabis Conferences was also held in the Cornellà Auditorium, which Spannabis attendees could access. We have been able to find speakers and scientific, medical personalities and experts in the sector from Spain, Italy, Germany, Holland and the United States in a space where experts, professionals and lovers of the sector have been able to share ideas, debate on some current issues and obtain new ones knowledge about the cannabis plant. In this edition, we have found very interesting talks about the latest advances, new trends, variety of uses, different novelties for medical marijuana, natural therapies and cannabis treatments, medicinal regulation, social regulation, etc. On the other hand, the prizes of the Spannabis Champions Cup 2018 have been distributed. This year the 13th edition of the benchmark cannabis cup in Spain was held, a charity award whose benefits go to the Spanish Observatory of Medicinal Cannabis. National and international growers participate in this cup of cannabis champions, who this year have competed for awards such as: the best seed bank, the best nutrient, the best paraphernalia product, the best hemp product, the best cultivation product, the best vaporizer, best new product and best stand.
The Dab-A-Doo Barcelona competitions and the Cannabis Cup Barcelona from 5 to 10 March have also joined the party, which has held the first edition of this competition of cannabis clubs in the city of Barcelona.
And to end this great list of events and celebrations around cannabis culture, the Master of Rosin has held its first edition, a professional competition focused especially on Rosin where its effect is evaluated, taste and presence and smell.
